1941 Chevy Pickup

Hi! This is my first post on here outside of my introduction. This was the first model I sat down to put together in several years. Worked on it for about a week on and off. Nothing fancy, just wanted to get back into the hobby.

Please bear with the crappy cell phone pics. I need to build a little photobooth.

This was my first ever attempt at getting a decent wood grain color.






Not 100% thrilled on the final finish of the paint, too much dust in my garage to get a glassy finish. I need to work on that.

I definitely plan to start paying attention to some of the finer details in the engine compartment and whatnot. Plug wires, the hoses and items on the firewall that I never really paid attention to before.

It's a shame to see that nice pick up fly into part but you've certainly put that tow to good use. Not to mention that you seem to take it on the bright side.

Eh, it's okay, nothing to be worried about.

1. Its only a model.
2. Nothing is actually broken on it too bad
3. It's nothing I cant fix in 30 minutes with some glue.
