ab sparying on air.

any one know why my ab is all of a sudden starting to spray when i press air? i have the needle all the way in and still putting out and its rather annoying, its a badger 155 Anthem

Most likely either your tip is cracked or not seated properly. The 155's tip sits in a tapered, self centering seat though so its more likely the former than the latter. Tips for the them are pretty cheap. Good idea to have one on hand (even if that's not your immediate problem).

Sorry about the AB problems. Been going through some of my own lately. I have the same airbrush and I had this problem before. All I did was take it apart and deep clean it and then it sprayed fine.

how do you mean deep clean? like submerge it in cleaner?

Either there was one heck of a hard dried blob of paint inside the tip (deflecting the needle) or one in the tip seat (deflecting the tip).

Just curious, what paint have you been using?
