i was told by a little birdie (chris) that it sprays real nice with cellulose thinners. somthing ill have to ret some time.

Obviously your prob solved, which is good, (a split tip can cause this problem, I've had that, my own fault for knocking the back of the needle while it was seated, those tips split easier than you'd think), good to know it was just a blockage.

good thorough cleaning there, i do mine kinda like that but mine is a bottom feed so i remove teh cup and give it a good wash but every thing is more or less what i do.
