it is quit possible that it was the same guy who robed your info that gave you abuse, i hope for teh best for you and i hope you get a full refund on everything.

Sounds like you have the proof you need to pursue a case.

The emails full of lovely epithets keep on piling up in my "in box". Finally there was a sentence in one email that I can quote on this forum (with out profanities). Can anyone explain to me the logic in this sentence?

"No one stole from you, you are just too ignorant to realize how credit cards work, a cancer of our society."

Is this individual trying to explain to me that I should not worry because he (or someone else) did not stole from ME but rather from my credit card??????
 
Sorry to here of your troubles .......see if you can get there business bureau to look into it might get them on fraud and theft.

You have the proof that they are being abusive which shines guilt towards them.

As said by others take them to the cleaners! if you can.But be careful accusation is a nasty business even if your in the right.
