Changing the Color of Eduard's Prepainted PE

I bought Eduard's 1/48 Fw 190A-8/R-2 Profipack today, but I'm disappointed in the PE color for RLM 66. It's a very dark blue and not gray at all. Are there any easy ways to change the color of it? Any tips for repainting over it?

On second thought I'm not going to bother with the PE.

Hey Pharm,

I forget who it was here that did it but they sprayed a flat coat over the PE to change the colors a bit. They also drybrushed some pigment in there as well. I also read a post on another site about the same issue your having. Apparently I guess different colors look different at different scales. Maybe Eduard used dark blue on purpose? Anyways, good luck, i'm sure you'll figure it out.
