Hey guys,
I have this really bad habit of going to the hobby store once a week. I just can't help it... Most of the time I can get out without buying anything. Different story today though as I spotted this guy for $10! Not sure if it's a great deal or anything but I figured at that price I can't go wrong especially when the kit comes with two figures!
When I got home I had no real idea if I was going to build it now or wait until after a few of my review items but I figured I'd date stamp a picture just to be safe.
Well, at 7 pm my wife and I sat down to watch some T.V. together and I brought out my mobile build station and got to work. Well, by the time the movie ended I had finished the build...
Overall, very smooth build. There were two fit issues with the kit. 1 is the engine cover, it needs to be thinned down to fit over the engine. 2 the top front of the vehicle didn't sit flush with the lower part. Some white glue was used as filler and then a coat of Mr. Surfacer was used.
Hopefully I'll have this one painted and weathered up in no time. thanks for following along!
