Can you put down decals after clear coat?

So micro set won't hurt the clear coat?

Clear coat is just paint without the pigment . None to some quantity of silica is added to make it go from gloss to matte .
Same binder / chemistry -- just like putting decals over paint .
Decals won't damage any coatings .

I've always heard you are SUPPOSE to clear under your decals. Clear back over them once they're on, or dull coat (whatever) and if most do that, it certainly won't hurt with a coating under AND over.

Gloss coat before you lay down the decals, then another coat (gloss, matte, or satin) to seal it.
