Gee,
Great start to this lil' Panzer !!
Here's a good link to the interior colors of German Panzers
http://byrden.com/panzers/Colours/ - One thing to note - pay attention to the Years , some changes were made to th Interior colors , but nothing should affect you Panzer II F since it was manufactured in late March '41 to December '42
German Radios :
http://panzerfaust.ca/AFV%20interiors/germrads.html - I think th Panzer II only carried a FuG 5 , unless it's gonna be a Kommand Panzer II , ?

While these shot are of a Pz III , th colors are relative.
Just to give ya an over view of the colors :
The Floor , & sides up to the Turret ring :
are a Grey Green , th best color I've used is Tamiya RLM Grey(XF-22) , in lue of that you could mix this color, & you would want it to be on the Grey side of Field Grey. The other interior color is ElfinBein ( Ivory) I use Tamiya Buff mixed with Tamiya white ( but just a little bit of white). That would be painted on th interior of the Turret .
All mechanical /Moving parts in a Panzer : should be painted Semi-Gloss black. That includes all turn handles, levers, sticks ( drivers controls) , the cradle for the M.G.'s . Brackets that hold the vision blocks .
One thing to remember about German equipment ( I can't speak for Allied Armor ) stuff like the Transmissions , Brakes , etc. were manufactured off site by other Manufacturers & sent to th assembly plant for completion. Now while a Directive from the OKW may have called for a particular color ( say Grey Green) it was up to th individual Manufacturer to come up with Their version of that color ( provided it was accepted by th OKW) , meaning that shade & tone can differ . but Stuff like th Transmission could be painted in Field Grey as opposed to using the same color to paint everything in th Panzer II th same color ( i.e. the Grey Green color) , You as a modeler can change up th tones a bit to add to th Eye candy.
Also if you are interested there are a couple of Companies that make Interior stencils for German Panzers. Verlinden makes a really through set & They are Water Slide -

Well that aughta hold ya for a while ;D
I Dig this Panzer II , it's a nice clean build !!
