You've got some serious painting skills, and the pre-shading is coming out nicely.
I agree with you, the blue looks a little odd. As far as I know, the Israelis used two greens: a darker one (F-4s, A-4s, early F-16s), and a lighter green (later F-16s; F-15s).
According to cybermodeler.com, the light green should be FS34424, and that would be Vallejo Nº 885.
If you're willing to use enamels, this guy used Humbrol Nº 23 (Duck Egg Blue) on his F-15I, and it looks pretty close.

Another option is Humbrol Nº 90, that's the one I will use on my F-15I (if I ever finish the F-16 I'm building).
