FineMolds 1/48 Snowspeeder

Hey guys! Another WIP from my (newly built) bench! This time it's the Snowspeeder. I didn't follow any particular version of the speeder when it came to markings/damage. I kinda just went for it. Wanted to make it look a little more beat up, like the pilots been sticking it to the empire for awhile, heh. I have a lot of in progress shots but I figured I'd just share the most recent shots for now. Possibly finishing this up tonight/tomorrow, then just waiting on brass for the stand. Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks guys, unfortunately nowhere local sells styrene/brass tubing, so the stand has to wait :/

Probably try to finish up the paint tomorrow though.

Here's a shot of the orange pattern I ended up doing on the bottom, I'm planning to add a small amount of neutral gray.


I also got pretty bummed because I can't find the harpoon gun now, so I took a shot at making one, I think it looks okay.

Finished painting the flaps, just gotta detail paint and weather, seal, panel line, matte varnish. Then the base!
