First attemp at light weathering

I was scared too the first time. It's now become my favorite part of the build. Take your time and have fun, there are alot of good products out there to play with. There really are no mistakes. It's your model and you get to tell the story of why it looks how its looks. Just rolled out of the factory, or it's been in the field fighting for many months... If you don't like how something looks, paint over and try again.

Looks nice.

In my experience, less is more.
Easy to get caught up in over-weathering, "just one more chip here and another scratch there..."
That is why I do weathering in sessions, and never two sessions in the same day.
That let's me get used to the current level, then sleep on it, look again - and then maybe add more, or just stop.
