Well I would have picked a Tamiya for your first armor kit but great subject. Don't know what you normally build but if you like weathering then you should love armor! Good luck and keep us posted!

Primarily I like WWII U.S. aircraft, I have a deal with a buddy of mine in Japan who is an armor nut, if he builds a four engine bomber, I'll build a piece of armor. The deal is underway.....
