The 1:1 world has been trumping the 1:20 zone recently but the weekend looks good for the bench !

Hey John ,
Ha Ha ,,,,, I think I'm gonna have to upgrade the arms now : ....When will it end ?!

I ordered some styrene rod , tube , angle and H section for the fabrication of the rack for the napalm tanks .
I was going to use the rigid metallic stock I have on hand but the plastic will make it so much easier and therefore enjoyable .
I like Scale Hobbyist .Com , and on their site they have " sanding needles " and the various sanding belts etc but I thought " ..if I like em , I'll need to keep buying 'em ... " LOL ..
So , I'll stick to my home-made methods .
With finer grit paper with thinner backing you can make a whole lot of tiny , project specific sanding devices for dirt cheap ! With the super-glue you can use wire as a support , filed flat&thin / bent , to reach anywhere ;D

This morning , I got up thinking I was going to alter some of it's form --especially at the sight/body connection---

It sits down much closer to the gun than shown ,, .the 'white' of the spring strut goes away ..... but you get the picture





The flame gun is done for now ... there will be touch-up & weathering on final assembly










One deflection ( and exit at edge ) and one capture of 18mm sabot rounds
( camera wouldn't focus closer --- it's finicky : )
