I would keep the compressor that works, and get a better airbrush. Look at the brand's Badger, Iwata, Paasche, Harder&Steenbeck...these are all good makes and have a variety of grades...don't get the cheapest..
My grandfather always said "only a rich man can afford to buy cheap tools"

Oh, and make sure your existing air supply line has the same size fitting for the new airbrush....
