I am going to take this model

And put this camo on it.

This is a $8 model I just bought for ....what ever reason. I have a 48 scale one that I already built.
But since my new shiny air brush set up is in the mail, this will by my practice model. I may do some chipping as well. I need to try to find these markings though. Stay tuned. ;D

Just an update. This is a pretty decent model. Cockpit has no detail at all but everything seems to fit well. First time using Mr. Surfacer. Can't believe I ever got along with out it. Stuff is gold in a bottle. Still building up with Mr. Surfacer 500 along wing/fuselage seams. But so far so good. Will use 1200 to prime with once my air brush gets in next week. Anyone know the surfacer 1200 / lacquer mix ratio?

So this is my first use of my new shiny Badger airbrush. This is also my first attempt at pre shading. Not bad I think. I am using Vallejo Model Color thinned with Windex/ Future. 2:1 seems to work with the pigments I've used so far. And the Future slows the drying process so I haven't encountered any clogs. At least not yet. ;D

This is my first attempt at camouflage. I know the brown isn't dark enough, it came out pretty good, I think, for a noob.

looking great so far, well done carnt wait to see it finished,i must try the future/paint mix to slow the drying time down

Wow that was fast- I blinked and almost missed this. Looks good.

So what's up next?
