Soft skins porn for the historian and model addict.

Could I buy a vowel please? Or another complete adjective? Schwerer Gelundegangiger Personenkraftwagen.

The US called them Jeeps or M50 something.

The Brits called them lorries or Crusader or Duck or fanciful names.

Gotta love the Germans just for the sake of SD. Kfzism

@Mkowadlo , admire the slow but steady pace of your build.

I bet you're one of those folks who doesn't rip through wrapping paper, but carefully removes the bits of tape then unfolds the paper!

Can't wait to see happens with your balsa tonneau cover cover!

I am guessing that it is going to be Flak wagon.

It's probably too late now but the Tamiya back end is completely wrong. The rear doors are not angled. They mistook side doors stowed over the back for the actual boot doors. There used to be a AM replacement set for that issue. Have a look at the ICM 108 which is more accurate here.

Also the Tamiya and ICM both have dimensional errors with the the front fenders being too flared towards the front, where in actuality the fender is more circular in shape. Very difficult to rectify this error as it requires major geometrical rearrangement of the front end.

Have look at this KMN thread for more info.
