How to mix pearlescent?

I ran out of Tamiya Pearl White for my kit so I'd like to know how to mix my own.

White with a little gray and silver, maybe?

Since its a spray, it's a bit tough to mix for a match. You'd be better off either reapinting in a different color or ordering a new can
