My friend was a crew chief on a Black Hawk during Desert Storm.
I decided I would like to build this kit for him.

The 2 halves fit pretty well. Just a little more filing and sanding the get them to fit a little better.

The Black Hawk always was a good-looking helicopter and this looks like it will be a good-looking model of one, too.

Unfortunately the front window slipped and got glue on it... what a bummer. I used baby oil on it to minimize the spots
