I think that F1 is one of the hardest things in the model world to get right 8)
, because the cars are so perfect, you can't cover up mistakes with weathering and other masking techniques.

The paint must be perfect, decals, perfect, no AK products, no washes required, may be exhaust colouring but thats it, and then its at a minimum because they change the exhaust after every race.

Timson72, me old mate this is an excellent example of an F1 car ;D

Huge F1 fan as well. Singapore up next. I raced karts for many years before suffering the back injuries, surgeries and then SSDI. Still very involved in auto racing as my uncle owns a huge late model stock car team. One of my best friends Sage Karam from Nazareth, PA is currently running in the Star Mazda Series. Friends with Marco Andretti and the entire Andretti Autosport team (next door neighbors to my friend Sage Karam). Huge Auto Racing fan here. F1 and IRL. Nascar a close third.
