Thanks Erik!!! Tracks are...Link/Length? The kit came Bandies and these. The top and bottom lengths are assembled on the spue just as you see them...with the nice sag and all. The curvers were all individual link.

Hey TRM, the project's coming along nicely. I never realized there were so many
sub-varients to the KV till I did some research(ie. different turrets, different guns).
I've got 1 question concerning the Trumpeter kit. The old Tamiya kit has an engine deck
detail....a hook latch tied to cord on the large engine hatch. Is this detail included
with your kit? Just curious. The Tamiya one was molded on, but still a nice detail. Thanks.

Hiya PzM!!! Thanks!! Way too many "slight" varrients on a lot of the Russian armor. Going blind plotting a T-34/76 build!!! I counted somewhere around 63 or more varrients. BTW, Hook latch is with this kit!! Seperate piece. I'll try and snap some pics of all the pieces before the painting stage...laid out!

Hey TRM looks great im working on the trumpy kv1 with the light case turret and it is a great kit and for the price you cant beat it keep up the great work and ill be watching ;D

Finally...the AB and the KV got to meet up!!! ;D

After finishing the fenders (had a bit of a hard time with the fiddly brass stuff...converted to white stuff!! : )



I laid down some primer....



Jumped right to some shadowing...







Started in on the tracks with some flat black!!



Think I will let this dry up fro the night before proceeding!!
