Legit Cyclops?

I received my two horned cyclops model kit today from star Ace. Everything looks pretty cool, but I'm concerned about one thing, the box art is completely in black-and-white. I don't see this version of the box online. Rather, I'm seeing a colored box art online. Did star ace Limited just screw me over with an aftermarket fake version?

It says on the box that Ace produced it with permission from the Harryhausen Foundation...and if it were a fake, they would be ripping off the original artist (Kaibutsuya), not you. You did receive the kit.
It might be fair to google Kaibutsuya and see if he released the original artwork to Ace....
