I thought I would start this since I am awaiting parts for another build I was working on. I have not decided but probably will if I will make the hull removable so if and interior kit comes out later I can upgrade it.

I also think that as this vehicle becomes more integrated into the US army that other paint schemes may become available so may even hold off on painting it

It has a three level adjustable suspension that can be adjusted. I just lightly tacked it in place using the locking bar in the mid position since I would not mind an interior kit for it eventually.

Together... Out side of paint and tools like the shovels so on (that I paint separately) it is ready for paint. I have not decided to paint yet. But can primer it...

Love the pinvise work... do you dimple the spot first, or just go for it?

Dimple? Still deciding or, trying too on color for it or just waiting for a while. Also have the tracks to still put together on it.

Haha, I mean, do you use a pin or awl to put a little mark(indent) for the bit to settle into when you drill. Or just go for it? I find the bit sometimes skates around... maybe I just have lousy bits!

Try turning the bit backwards first then giv 'er forward...always works for me...

Yeah probably dull bits, I have a few like that.

When I can I use an awl and mark both sides then holding the piece that is attached to the main part of the model drill though. Then I take the rotating piece put it into the holding piece (on the main part of model)and drill a little on one side then switch to the other side.

Then I drill the piece all the way through. Then test fit so on. I find that if you try to it all at once it can rotate or you can get offline so to say. For me anyways it is best to take my time like that.
