Next up 1975 1/32 scale Revell F-4E with literally zero detail.....looking to bring in some 3D decals, kinda pricy though at $40. Looks like sanding off seat harness/belt detail and adding new ones, maybe seat EJ handles. Might paint the pilots but they are not....well just not. I owned this model as an 8 year old, I didn't put it together, I remember buying from a 12 year old selling off his models....photos to follow

Well, I've found myself in an interesting spot....I wanted to build this vintage kit but in my attempts at building something vintage, vintage I've failed miserably by adding the Eduard F-4E cockpit detail set. Now I'm faced with trying to correct the kits problems in relation to my new additions.

This is pre-fitting and I still need to do some seat work but there is no instrument cowl over the rear wso's position. Do I proceed with the kit as is or do I try to fabricate things?

Disclaimer: purists and realists look away. This is NOT F-4E accurate but I felt I needed to fill in some space....pretty happy with it. Totally kitbashed using jewelry wire and tank parts......after some research the backseater is all business, no creature comforts and wires and such strewn around....should look good when the halves come together, tell me what you think. LASTLY, go easy on me this is a kit from 1975.
