Here is a toy you can find in Kellog's Cereal box. Oh yeah my friends... It's Star Wars Characters, some are heads (beautifully done) with secret jedi information in the stand, others are complete characters, sold as a... Spoon.

Here is one, Jar Jar, still in his package (guess why ?).
I found that easily 10 years ago, even in the streets, and sometimes in Flee markets.

Without the spoon here is Obi Wan. Isn't he a little too short to be a Jedi ? :D

I did it because I got it twice and it's a goo way to practice skills with paint on figures.
I cut the legs and put some extra material, Tamiya Epoxy putty, to correct the proportion, too "childish".

Surprisingly it's the right proportion and I didn't even have to glue anything.

It's not totally dry but I begin to cut and sculpt here and there, mainly to obtain the clothes details of the fabric...

When dry, a coat of Mr Putty to blend it all...

I'm fixing it with some White Tamiya Putty...

Some black ink help me to see the details....

Some primer base colors and let's go !

It began to look ok, isn't it ?

Here we go.
Happy with the brown of the Jedi outfit, and very happy with the skin, head and even the eyes.

The color base was too dark but it's meant to be, with some washes, to help me raise some volume.

I put a lighter color for the skin, to do the up-eyes, leaving some space for the white of the eye ball, befoce doing anything for the iris.
I used one of my favorite ink from Citadel, Chestnut, to do the eyebrows, the lips and even the hair.
The clothes are painted a little bit more with a dry brush, lighter or darker... Then a matt varnish and a gloss varnish for the eyes.

I'm quite satisfied with the result :)

Thanks. :D

I planned to try Darth Maul and even busts from the very same line of objects.
