P-51D "Bunnie" Tamiya build

Hi everyone, I just got Tamiya's epic 1:32 P-51D and really want to build it as Roscoe Brown's "Bunnie" Red tail. I'm having a hard time finding any info on what his P-51 cockpit looked, or would have looked like, any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a start...you might have more luck looking under Roscoe Brown...too bad it's not 1/48 as I think I have those decals
