Currently I´ve shaved my moustache, after several & intense menaces from the Home Government - Home Order.

I think you know what´s that "business" about.

No I don't really know what you mean but I'm very curious. I'd love to hear.
You are lucky to live in such a beautiful place with great respect for food!

D ;D ;D ;D
Hey, noname, it was a "joke"; let me explain to you; I think you´ll understand VERY QUICKLY:

Home Government - Home Order = WIFE

;D ;D ;D ;D

So... I liked a lot my moustache, but my wife kept an "intensive and constant domestic bombing campaign" against my moustache, so... "You mostache is very ugly" + "I don´t like that moustache" + "You look older with that moustache" and that kinda GUIDED MUNITIONS, maybe you know, so the moustache went straight to hell after 7 months or so of attrition warfare. ;D ;D ;D

And about Spain´s food / cuisine / wines... YOU´RE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!!! ... I´ll sow you a truly-fully certified seafood Valentian Paella ("paella" means literally "pan") cooked by my brother-in-law at home. He´s an Infantry Lt Col, so I´ll erase his face, Ok?
He is a crack cooking Valentian Paella, either the seafood one or the classic one (chicken & rabbit, or duck & jackrabbit if the meat is game). My wife´s also a great cooker, my mother in law also... so I´m done !

This is usually where PAELLAS & GRILLING takes place, almost every Sunday.

looks like you make some good food bro!

Thanks Jelly for the "home Government" explanation.

I think I would feel very comfotable living in Spain. The Paella and wine look good. Cooked in the pan that way must add extra flavour. Food here in North America just isn't taken as seriously as it is in Europe. You would be shocked if you saw the packeged crap we have sitting on grocery store shelves. Don't get me wrong, there is very good food here, it's just that the average person doesn't take/have the time to cook from scratch. They don't realise that a dish such as that Paella really doesn't take that long to make. Oh boy, don't get me started on food. I'm pretty outspoken about it. :-X

Noname: I agree with you. I have a few sensitivities to preservatives so I have had to learn how to cook over the years. Most people here is the US don't know how. They buy instant food, to be microwaved, or reheated. Not to mention all of the fast food restaurants.....

With a little bit of effort, you can make really good food.

my mom makes all natural food, and it tastes better than the fast food garbage or the garbage they put in boxed food.

Nope, I did not ask him but he was expecting me to! He came to my office (I was a Director of Technology at Verizon Communications where he is/was a spokesman) to read to the children. This was part of the Verizon Reads program.

The children recognized his voice as the father in The Lion King.

Regards,
