Replacement Props

I have not purchased a new kit in years. But I do have a supply that would keep me busy for years. A lot are vintage that can not be found anymore.
I have a Revel Allison Turbo Prop Engine of which three of the four props are missing. How do I mold three identical replacements. I have considered going to Tap Plastics to have it done made from the only existing one I have.
