Are those (incredible concept) drawings from Concept Ships Blog. I don't remember seeing them. They are awe.some. Love that skull on the van, and the stance of that big truck...knarly barley.

I've also got an order in for a bunch of Evergreen scratch building materials like strips, rod and corrugated siding. And then I went ahead and bought some BLACKEN IT and PATINA IT for the metal and tire chains.

Really excited to start putting this together.

I forgot to mention a trip to my local yarn and bead store (with my crocheting wife) where I was able to pick up these items!

Since I received the Blacken-It today I just had to try it out. Um, yeah, incredible.

And we're off!

Since the sprue color was already black I decided to use Alclad Gloss Black Base instead of the Semi Gloss Black it called for.
This then allowed me to spray Alclad Chrome For Plastics for the silver parts.
