For weathering, would you white base coat and a grey, or black spotchings, instead of of typical black base and white spotches??Word of advice from someone who just built a yellow helicopter. WHITE base coat is the key.

I tend to just weather my armour builds and everything else is usually new look. PanthermanFor weathering, would you white base coat and a grey, or black spotchings, instead of of typical black base and white spotches??
Thank you brother. PMWell done, Panther! That looks fantastic!
Just a little update on this build. I have been invited to the base for a guided tour with the pilots, awesome.Ok, I'm done. Really pleased with the way it turned out. If anyone can see something I've missed please let me know before I give it to the charity at the end of the month. The rotors are motorised but I can't seem to be able to post a video on the site. East Anglian Air Ambulance out of Norwich. PanthermanSuperb! We used to use Medivac at Silverstone Circuit when I was on Air Traffic Control there. Where would this one be based and which area is the charity based please?
Thanks. PMSharp looking bird, Pantherman, excellent finish!
Thanks, much appreciated. PMDon't suppose you've heard how much everyone loves the build!
Just in case you haven't: Bravo!
I've been MIA for a while Panther man. When I left you were starting to build this. I got back and you're done. That looks really sharp. I'm curious. That motor you put in the airframe for the rotors? Did it spin it too fast or??Ok so almost done. Got to put a varnish on the body and fit the rear doors in the open position, then fit it and the crew to the base. Wire up the motor and fit the rotors and I'm done.......I think. Pantherman

I thought it would be to fast and was hoping that the weight of the rotors would slow it down, which it did. If you dm me I can send a video of it working if you're interested.
