Scratch of a Wraith Dart

[YOULI]

Since I think the resin kit was ugly, and judging the cockpit was the shape of a spoon, I tried to scratch a Dart Wraith from plastic spoons and forks... The structural shape in place, it was but a learning process to build my very own Dart (not accurate but who cares ?).

The Dart is the common one man fighter of the Wraith, a race of the Pegasus galaxy that use Human as energy supply. It's from the Stargate Atlantis TV show.

I see. But also with the layout of the spoon and fork I couldn't help getting a thought "Hmmm, what do we have here for breakfast? A nice fresh Dart Wraith!" ;D

Thanks... Other Spacecrafts are on their way with the very same material : Tridents from Ulysses 31, some shuttles and even the Odysseus from the same show, Invid from Robotech (Mospeada), the Future Comet from Captain Future (the Anime, named in France Capitaine Flam).

Did use again last week end, my secret ingredient for Scratch : plastic spoons

For my Cloud Car but also for my TRIDENT from Ulysses 31. Some of the visitors wanted to see my Dart but there was no room enough in this convention for much of my works.

Well it certainly not the thing I can come out with.
And it will be no fun : I do prefer that anybody can do it with it's own plastic spoons, forks and coffee shaker
It may be different but the spirit would live in this kinda project. To use anything, sometimes even object you can throw away without noticing that you can do something great with some glue and some imagination.

Give it a try ! Scratch building and kitbashing is FUN ! ;D
