So I was dinkering around with parts last night. I had this old tamiya PzII I parted out from another scratch build and I have a couple of partially assembled 251s from the Mike Jacob's stash distribution last year. Put the two together and you might have something. Neither kit is complete so there will need to be some creative parts scrounging.
The turret looks a little tall for the hull. Might chop it down or scratch a new one.
I don't know if I will ever really get around to building this any time soon though. It's more of a concept study right now.
