Star Wars - Bandai K2-SUU (Re-tasked K2-SO droid)

Here's my take on K2-SO from the star wars film 'Rogue One',
Not wanting to do the normal dark grey K2-SO version, I opted to build him as K2-SSU (K2 series Stormtrooper Support Unit) after he'd been re-tasked and sent to Tatooine to assist the local garrison of Sand Troopers whilst they search for an old Jedi Master by the name of Kenobi..

I haven't seen the offshoot movies, so this is the first time I'm seeing the design. It reminds me a little of the Mark 13 robot from "Hardware".

The weathering and chipping is just right. Very realistic builds. Great to see

Very nice build and a good change. The weathering is spot on. I'm always impressed with the Bandai kits. They look descent as a snap kit, but after the get a good paint job like this they look so much better.
