I am always intrigued by how certain scenes affect me, and how to replicate it in a diorama.
There is something cold about this scene.

Well I'm glad you don't find a room where they chop up cadavers , in front of an audience , to be warm and cheery .
That's a good sign . ;)
I can smell the formaldehyde from here .

I find images of old abandoned hospitals and asylums akin to apocalyptic scenes... cold, lifeless, wastelands of the past. I have seen a few top quality dioramas on such scenes. It is strange for me to relate high quality with devastation.
