So I ordered a Renegade RK-1 2in1 ....but

I don't think you sullied their name, all you did was post a question about what should/was included in your shipment and the fact that Ken from Badger stepped in to resolve the problem. At the end of the day they are responsible for how their employees treat their customers. I'm glad you posted your experience, it allows us all to know who we would be choosing to do business with. Now, get to painting something!!! I'm looking forward to seeing that chopper finished up.

Having worked the grocery/retail business for better part of 15yrs, and then in a call center on the customer service end of it, the whole customer service experience has been drilled into me for years, including one company that had a catch phrase of "Customer Service is our First Priority"

Now many years later, the owner of my own business, it is all about customer service, if not for that, I would have been out of business long ago. In the end, it's really not that hard....treat your customers as how you would like to be treated as a customer in another store. Fairly simple when it comes down to it.

Fortunately I don't have any employees I have harp on them about treating the customer properly.
