An older kit from tamiya but a good one to build that for shure.
Strait out of the box, some light weathering so it looks he came of the beach a couple
of hours ago.

Well. it was worth the wait, very nice colour tones, very nice scale colour. It would photgraph really nicely outdoors.

The graphics are wonderful and have come out beatifully.......... ;D How here they achieved so well?

Is that real clay and mud around the base of the vehicle, looks like it!.......

Nice one!

Thanks lurched!
Yes it is real clay on the wheels and bottom of the tank.
I used flory models and some vallejo pigments.

Awesome! Wonder why they used the markings ??? For sighting in ???

Yes those markings had something to do with that, maybe some other forum members can explain it better.

"It's actually quite a complex explanation. The 95mm-gunned Centaurs were given to the Royal Marines as support tanks. Now, it was envisaged that, while the landing craft were approaching the beach, the Centaurs on board, could lay down supporting fire. However, to facilitate this, a complex compass arrangement was added to the turret allowing the spotter to get the turret to point towards targets. "
