Mercari is an online flea market that's pretty cool. However a dishonest buyer who bought a Tamiya tank model demanded a refund and he returned an entirely different kit with all the pieces missing from the runners.
This is completely crappy. Earlier this year, I sold the Sega CD game Lunar on eBay and the butthole who bought it managed to crack the CD, then claimed that I'd sold it to him in that condition. I had already provided photos of its condition as they were included in the auction listing, but eBay insisted that I refund his money. To make it worse, I would have had to pay return shipping to me in Japan. I had him send it to my friend in Arizona instead and later had to sell the game as-is, essentially just as a box & manual auction. This sort of thing really pisses me off.
