I put the finishing touch on the turret interior and added the turret basket. Then I went to work on the turret exterior and making the commander's hatch working.

I did some work this yesterday. I added the commander's hatch springs and wired and mounted the smoke dis-chargers. The painting has begun. Most of these early Tigers started life with dark grey and then were repainted dark yellow so I painted the turret dark grey to start.










Here are some pictures of the tank with the turret painted. Just a few parts now remain then clear coat, decals and further weathering.
