Tinting canopies

This question out of the "tinting" but i was surfing the internet and found this https://www.google.com/search?q=air...e=ive&vld=cid:4e85b772,vid:lw_xvzU393U,st:292 in the vidio the maker brush applies matt varnish. is this a good way to coat models? is there a acryliv matt varnish?

Thanks for the reply, do you hand brush only? i am attempting to do so. do you have any experience with vallejo smoke, have you brush painted it??

I hand brush figures and sometimes bigger builds. I have not used vallejo smoke. Pantherman

Best place is youtube, loads of vids to help. I watched a fair few and tried some of the different techniques until I settled on my way of doing it. Still learning though. Pantherman
