I use Kawasaki Wipe Down High Gloss Finish. I will post a pic of it later. I don't have a camera handy.

And here is the photo for you Panther


For me this works great, spray it on the model and wipe it off about 30 secs to a minute later with a soft clean cloth. I will spray a model with this 4-5 times if I want a really high gloss. A side benefit it also seems to repel dust to a small degree.
