Two Wheeled Vehicle Group Build

Managed to get the box off, repaired frame and box, resprayed and re-fixed it. All good fun with a few choice words thrown in for good measure.

Fitted the engine and a few pipes and have made a start on the decals. They are very glossy and very thick which makes them really difficult to curve around the body panels, especially the fuel tank. Pantherman

This is my 3rd one so far and I haven't had a problem so far

After being sick for about 3 days I finally got more done on my motorcycle.





The engine and frame are together along with the air filter assembly, all hoses are in place.

The fuel tank, front and rear fenders are built and painted. The brakes are painted as well (although I'm thinking about repainting the rotors. Not crazy about that color, it doesn't match with what I've seen). I also took a micro drill bit and drilled out the cooling holes on the rotors.




The exhaust system is assembled, now it is just a matter of filling the small gaps and smoothing the seams, hence the putty on it. Not looking forward to all that sanding.
