USS Texas BB-35 1/350

Getting close to the end. I'm still waiting on the anchor chain and waterline numbers.
I still have a few more guns to add and touch-up and fix several parts.
The rear antenna plate was a real pain in the butt to get the back onto the flat part.

I think I'll paint the waterline Monday or Tuesday. I'm painting it all black, no red just as her restoration is.

Ok. I am mostly finished with this build. I just finished the butter railing which is the very last page and step (37).
I still have to put the floats on the plane, and I'm waiting for my anchor chain and waterline numbers, they are coming from China, and paint the waterline after I spray a satin finish to protect what I have

That is a mighty fine piece of work, the details are amazing. Got to find a good display shelf for her. Pantherman
