Go for it! Our latest renos saw us try different treatments, small through to bigger compound moulding,built up with smaller pieces.

That looks terrific, those outside corners are done nicely! What do you mean by 'too much'? too much of the trim color in the small-ish room?

It just looked too heavy, in a small room, even though the ceiling is over 9 feet... and the original victorian baseboards are over 12"!

Tonight, I'm not modeling.

Spent the day in a huge snow globe.
Family shoveled ourselves out after dinner.

Now, I'm catching up on forum threads, and looking out at the neighbourhood.
Built at the start of the last century, it is easy to imagine the scene in the 1940s. The era of all my models.
