Earth and trench work coming along very nicely!
I find blue is particularly hard to work on figures, as I'm finding out with my Ww2 Italians.
Sometimes I think that 19th century figures seem to wear it better.
Once you finish the terrain, maybe a very thin brownish wash on figures to dial back the blue? I'm thinking that might help them blend with the landscape elements. Tricky.
In the end we're talking super fine tuning; you might find they look great once everything is near complete!
