X-acto knives

Love all of your builds ! High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail !
Hey, iif anyone uses X-acto knives, any suggestions on keeping the knurled locking barrel from loosening? I've heard silicon caulk or the lighter version of locktite... or an alternative knife completely ?

The softer grip one, that tightens from the none blade end, works well for me. Plus they don't roll off the bench.

Or a Scalple and a blade removal box. Blades clip into place and they are flat so they don't roll off a desk.

That is what I use.

I'm trying every suggestion - the old disposable Hyde works pretty well and the Mulwark X-acto style doesn't roll off the workbench and doesn't seem to loosen up near as often... working on an old Hubley SJ Duesenberg...
