Don't you think you're pushing the 'extreme weathering' idea a bit much?Falls straight down onto the concrete
Very nice clean build. Well done.I'm finishing up this model and I get all the decals done and I'm going to go out back and clear coat it. Now let me start off with at the beginning that I believe in karma. There is a reason why stupid things happen in life but we don't find out why that stupid thing happened until later on. You follow? So when I'm building this FW 190 and the engine doesn't fit in properly? If you follow this build you will know what I'm talking about or you can just scroll back. So I had to do a little bit of work to everything on the front which made it practically indestructible but it's still pissed me off cuz I had to ruin a good model. At least ruin the insides where you can't see. So I'm going to go out back and clear coat and I stuck a piece of stiff wire and stuck it in the rear tail wheel area to see if I can hang it and spray the clear. Yeah that looks great and feels nice and sturdy. So I took it out to get it out back and I'm getting ready to spray it and I stick the wire back in it and my brain says I don't think that's in Far Enough. I hung it up on the nail it's hanging upside down from the tail wheel and I'm like this wire isn't in enough and just then it goes tink... and Falls straight down onto the concrete and I watched pieces fly everywhere. Wait a minute. That's just two door flaps and the body and the engine came off in four pieces. I can't even find a scratch on the plane where it hit the ground so this last picture is a picture of it glued back together and I gave it a wash of light gray and wait for that to dry as I open my next model which really has me excited like a little kid
