This looks like a Supermarine Walrus, which were still in use by then.

Found one too, old kit though, by Classic Airframes. $50.00

Got the troupes base coated and started on the face and arms. Had to get myself a decent set of detail brushes, expensive but well worth it. Pantherman

I may have underestimated just how long it's going to take to get these lad's ready for D Day. 2hrs to first coat boots and gas mask bags !!!! Pantherman
