Indeed It's that way with modelling in general: develop your own ways of doing things, that will work better for you than slavishly copying someone else's techniques in hope of achieving the same results. The ways in which other people do things will help with that, because they may have methods, materials or techniques that you never thought of, but if something doesn't work for you, or you don't see the point of it, don't feel you need to do it anyway because somebody else does. Rather, do it the way you think will work, and don't be afraid to just try something to see what happens. That's how all those people making YouTube videos and writing magazine articles got to where they are now, too.I suppose you just have to find what's good for you!
You are correct, you just have to find what works good for you. You can watch a lot of videos and then piece together what you can out of them to suit your likings.Hi thanks very much for the info good advice.
