2012 BSC - Questions

If I recall correctly there was a talk on speeding up the upcoming BSC and I think the starting date was 1 march instead of 1 April. But in the Issue 1 of SMA magazine it states that the BSC will start 1 February.
So I just wanted to ask which one is it
