I`ve been noodlin`around on this site for awhile now, looking at all of the great artwork.
So I think it`s time to post something complete.
This is AMT`s 1995 release of the `67 Camaro SS RS Z28.

All I have to say is, model casting was not foremost in their minds. Filled grooves where they shouldn`t have been, smoothed out some that should have been.

Anyway everything massaged into place, sometimes with a dremel grinder!!

This one took about 4 - 5 weeks, but I think well worth the extra time.

Thnx for looking in I hope to post more and really do enjoy this site
Cheers

Thank you, all!
Quite a bit of filing, sanding, cutting etc. on this one!
It came in a bulk buy of 1o for $90.00, and didn't look too closely at them,.. all.
Subtle? ,.. I love the turn signals in the front where the bumper is supposed to locate!?!
Anyway , more to follow
Cheers

Thnx
Ya the leaf springs,....
Moulded flat plastic so I cut up a tea light (candle) holder into strips

And C/A glued them down

Then wrapped some copper wire around as cinch clamps
Then added hex rod cut thin and some more round rod and the shock plates,..

washed it with black/brown
Then hit the whole thing with Tamiya 'smoke'

Smoke break, Smoke 'em if you got 'em

Cheers
