Airbrush blockage?

On the diagram you sent, screw number 16 or 18 controls how much paint is going past the needle when it is seated. In other words if paint is getting past your needle when you just push down on the button, then this is what you need to adjust. I can see this adjustment being different for the two different needle sizes. Every time I take the needle out of the air brush, I have to adjust this screw to get the proper paint flow.

Just wanted to mention, I feel like a total newbie at the moment. Not many boards would respond with as much useful information as this one. Thanks for the tips everyone, I'll get this thing figured out one way or another.

This is why I hang on this forum. I have noticed that on others people are not as friendly nor as willing to help.

Finally got this under control. I bought a new .35 needle and nozzle and it works like new now. Thanks for all the tips.
